SHIPPING POLICIES & INFORMATION
Most orders are shipped on the next business day, and no later than the second business day following order placement.*
Same day shipping requests must be received by 11:00 AM Mountain Time - please call or email and we will confirm whether or not the ordered merchandise is available for same day shipment.
*Note: Large orders may take longer to ship in order to allow time for proper quality control. All orders are subject to product availability and quantity on hand.

Shipping costs are generated by Fedex and USPS websites based upon the
estimated weight of the shipment, without regard to the physical size of
the shipment. Should the combined physical size and weight of the
shipment (particularly shipments that include stands, large plastic or fiberglass forms or styrofoam heads)
significantly alter the cost of the shipment, we reserve the right to
assess additional shipping fees in order to cover the cost of shipping
your order or to ship via another carrier or method than the carrier or
method selected. We will contact you for approval should
additional charges be necessary. Any additional shipping costs charged
by the carrier following shipment (address correction, returned shipping
for any reason, etc.) are your responsibility and will be automatically
charged to your credit card or invoiced to you for immediate payment.
***Note: All orders are shipped FOB our Lindon, Utah location or the location of a contracted warehouse.
****Note: All claims regarding damage during shipping or missing items must be presented to us within 7 days of receipt so that we can investigate and file timely claims with the carrier(s) involved. Failure to do so may jeopardize the your ability to receive replacement items if the claims are denied by the carrier.
