RETURN POLICY
Purchased items may be returned, in original condition, by calling or emailing within ten days of receipt and obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Items must be returned promptly (within 10 days of obtaining RMA), postage paid. All items, except for one of each product style or type must be in new and unopened, uninflated or unassembled condition in order to receive a full refund. Orders not received in this condition will be charged a 50% re-stocking fee. Damaged items will not be refunded. Items received without obtaining an RMA will also be charged a re-stocking fee. Purchase price, less shipping, and re-stocking fee (if applicable) will be refunded to you within two business days of receipt of returned items. Refunds will be made via check or credit card credit, depending upon original form of payment.
